    NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

    Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Board of the Prescott Historical Society hereby states that all notices of meetings of the Board of the Prescott Historical Society and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted here and on the Front Porch of the Bashford House at the Sharlot Hall Museum, 415 W. Gurley St., Prescott, Arizona 86301.
     
    The Front Porch of the Bashford House at the Sharlot Hall Museum is open to the public 24 hours every day of the year.  Such notices will indicate the date, time and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.

    NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

    Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Board of Trustees of the Prescott Historical Society (PHS-an Arizona State Agency) will hold a meeting open to the public on the 26th day of September, 2017, beginning at 4:00 pm in the Sharlot Hall Museum Library and Archives, 115 McCormick Street, Prescott, Arizona. The Board may vote to hold an executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the Board of Trustees' attorney on any matter listed on the agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) or discussion of personnel issues pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1). If the Board votes to go into Executive Session, the Executive Session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public. Upon completion of Executive Session, the Board may resume the meeting, open to the public, to address the remaining items on the Agenda.     NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

    Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Policy Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Prescott Historical Society (PHS-an Arizona State Agency) and the Sharlot Hall Historical Society of Arizona (SHHS - a non-profit corporation) will hold a meeting open to the public on September 13, 2017, beginning at 2:00 pm in the APS Room of the Sharlot Hall Museum Library and Archives, 115 McCormick Street, Prescott, Arizona. Members of the Committee will attend either in person or by telephone, video or internet conferencing.
